THE FOREVER HOME
TEMPE
This dinky little terrace, dearly loved by it’s owners, needed a bit of jazzing up.
It hadn’t been renovated in over forty years and our client wanted to move the kitchen to the back of her home so she could look over her stunning garden while cooking.
The overall footprint was extended slightly and new workshop space added in the back yard allowing the man of the house to have his own space to tinker (and the odd beer or two!)
Both bedrooms were moved to the front with the new bathroom in the middle and combined open living, dining and kitchen area at the back.
A 300 litre water tank was added to capture the rain reducing the owners water usage to look after the beautiful gardens at the front and rear.
A new set back fence was included to add some privacy to the entrance and access straight through to the back garden.
With an overall block size of 287 sqm we pushed the floor space ratios to the limit and design a beautiful modern cottage that our clients love.
It’s currently being built and we can’t wait to see this little gem when finished.
