The process is pretty easy!
Please provide us with the address of the property you are hoping to purchase and we’ll do the homework.
We’ll also need a design brief outlining the changes you would like to make.
The next step is to organise the house to be opened (with the real estate agent) so we can have a look around and to see if we can design the home of your dreams in your potential purchase.

WHAT DO WE CHARGE FOR A PPA?
Our cost to complete a pre-purchase assessment for your potential new home is $600 + GST.
If you win the auction, or buy the home via provide private treaty and choose the engage Design Plus Drafting to complete your Development Application or Complying Development we’ll take the $600 + GST off your design fees.
The Pre-Purchase Assessment includes;
Reviewing relevant websites for Council constraints
Reviewing your Local Environmental Plans
Site visit to review the existing floor plan and run through your design brief
An onsite review to assess whether the property can be turned in to your dream home

We lead you through the DA process from starting your design through to lodging all of the relevant drawings and documents with your local council. We'll take the stress out of your DA.
Complying Development Certificates
Being granted a CDC is a much speedier process than a DA. However your development must meet a specific, state-wide set of rules and regulations.
