The owners of this iconic four bedroom home had grand ambitions.
With a desire to have a family, as well as host very large diner parties and social gatherings, our designers created a sumptuous Italian-style mansion that fit perfectly with the client’s vision.
On the ground floor, we designed a spacious, open plan and state-of-the-art entertainment area.
It also included formal and casual lounge rooms, a formal dining area, huge kitchen, an office space and guest bedroom.
On the second storey, we designed five bedrooms and another lounge room for the kids.
Carefully placed windows capture the glorious views of Sydney Harbour..
The master bedroom is massive and a work of art within itself!
The space also includes a large private terrace, huge walk in robe with “his” and “hers” sections and an ensuite with a large bath and separate shower.
From the outside, the home has privacy and understated elegance. Cut into the side of a cliff, the unique residence is surrounded by bush and sweeping coastal views.
The overall design delivered the clients desire to have a Spanish inspired villa.
